Understanding Ethnic Consumers

Background: When Procter & Gamble needed to understand whether it's new Crest toothpaste brand would be a hit with ethnic consumers, it called upon us to conduct extensive consumer testing and product research.

Results: P&G successfully launched one it its best brands across the US, with incremental sales exceeding $250 million!

We've supported dozens of other P&G Brands, some of which account for over a billion dollars in annual sales. We ensure that marketing research is conducted "in-culture."  All projects are conducted with experienced bilingual staff according to a client’s project specifications. 

We manage design, national fieldwork, data entry, and tabulation. Conducting Spanish Language research is not a burden for us, it’s a delight! After all, LaVERDAD is diverse by design.
